188th Music for Humanity Free Performance Night

On the 3rd Saturday of each month, we invite 2-3 outstanding local/regional artists to share their music (both originals & covers). We’re into our 16th year. Our featured performers this month are Jim Pospisil and David Schiff. Sue Horowitz was scheduled, but is “under the weather.” We wish her a speedy recovery.

Jim Pospisil is a singer-songwriter and multi instrumentalist, whose songs seamlessly bring together musical arrangements with compelling lyrics that can be humorous or tragic, sensitive or cutting, all drawn from a well of personal experience.

His performances on guitar, mandolin, flute and harmonica can be soft and subtle, or wild and energetic. His songs can make you laugh, cry, or think. Sometimes all at once.

David Schiff is a good picker and plays the blues. In addition to being an excellent musician he is a luthier. He has donated two guitars (one this year) to Music for Humanity. We start promptly at 7:30, but recommend you arrive closer to 6:30 for a seat with table. Noble Coffee will serve a light dinner menu plus a great selection of desserts, coffees & teas.
