Instruments for Schools

Annual New Instruments for School Districts

On June 15th, at Alto Music, Music For Humanity purchased and presented $3000 worth of music instruments (including 4 Casio keyboards/stands/benches & 2 Taylor Baby Mahogany Guitars with Gigbag) to the Beacon School District.

Left to right are James Walton: Beacon High School Band Director, Barry Adelman, Co-Founder of Music for Humanity and Susan Wright: Beacon High School Chorus Director, Beacon City School District Music Coordinator. Unable to attend were MFH Board Members John Karas and Charles Mokotoff.

Thanks to everyone who has donated time, money & talent and bought a raffle ticket to make this possible. We’ll pick another school district to help in 2023. Why? Because “More Music Means a Better World for All of Us”

You can donate here and/or buy a raffle ticket (you must be 18 or older to buy a ticket) or send a tax-deductible donation to Music for Humanity, PO Box 359, Chester, NY 10918. Together we support Music, and that’s a good thing to do. Thanks again!! Purchases of raffle tickets are not tax-deductible.

Call 845-988-6411 or email barry@musicforhumanity.org if you have any questions.
