SUMMARY:166th Music for Humanity Free Performance Night
DESCRIPTION:On the 3rd Saturday of each month (we’re into our 14th year) we invite 2-3 outstanding local/regional artists to share their music (both originals & covers). Our featured performers this month are pictured above left to Jim Pospisil\, Lucas Maehara Rotman and Sundad. Plus we have a special guest appearance by Charles Mokotoff. We’ll start the evening a little early at 7:15.\n\nJim’s songs\, from the personal to the profound\, will make you laugh\, cry\, or think\, and sometimes all at once. Lucas’ lyric driven Mosaic Americana blend the whimsical and profound creating a sound as diverse as the influences that have shaped his journey. He won 1st Prize in last year’s MFH first songwriting contest for “We”. Sundad\, an award winning jazz group perform original acoustic music for the world. Charles Mokotoff\, classical guitarist will share a few of the most beautiful music ever written or transcribed for the guitar. This is guaranteed to be a truly outstanding evening of music.\n\nPlease join our email list here: http://eepurl.com/N5BJD\nWe’re starting early at 7:15 but recommend you arrive closer to 6:30 for a seat with table. Noble Coffee will serve a light dinner menu plus a great selection of desserts\, coffees & teas. This is a free event.
