SUMMARY:180th Music for Humanity Free Performance Night
DESCRIPTION:On the 3rd Saturday of each month\, we’ve invited 2-3 outstanding local/regional artists to share their music (both originals & covers). This event completes our 15th year. Our featured performers this month are Tom Heany and Lisa Bigwood. \nTom is a songwriter and guitarist from the Hudson River Valley in New York. His musical touchstones are the great American songbook\, traditional American music and the rock\, blues and folk music he grew up with. Find out more at http://www.tomheany.com. \nLisa’s songs and performances have been described intriguingly by reviewers: “Charming\, engaging\, and frightening.” “The scariest folksinger I have ever heard.” “Awesome and haunting.” Lisa’s grandfather was an architect; she builds songs to be lived in. Please join us. \nWe start promptly at 7:30\, but recommend you arrive closer to 6:30 for a seat with table. Unfortunately\, because of a staff shortage for this event\, Noble Coffee can only serve a great selection of desserts\, coffees & teas. There will be no light dinner menu. Please plan accordingly.
